Application of Plant Growth Regulators on Pleurotus ostreatus


1. Promote mycelial growth
(1) Directly mixing with 86-173mg/L gibberellin or spraying with conventional sterilization followed by inoculation and cultivation can accelerate the growth of mycelium, which is white, robust, dense, and has strong resistance to foreign bacteria.

2. Improve yield and quality
(1) Directly mixing or spraying gibberellin with 86-173mg/L, conventional sterilization followed by inoculation cultivation, can promote the early development of fruiting bodies and increase the size of the mushroom body. The mushroom cover is large and thick, and the mushroom quality is good.

(2) Cross spraying with a concentration of 5mg/L of naphthylacetic acid and 0.5mg/L of triacontanol during the cap differentiation stage of young mushrooms can promote early ripening, increase yield, and have a plump body, short stalks, and good quality.


Application of Plant Growth Regulators on Black Fungus


1. Promote mycelial growth
Mixing 0.03mg/L of indoleacetic acid or naphthylacetic acid during the fermentation period can promote mycelial growth and improve mycelial quality.

2. Increase production
Spraying with 0.02mg/L indoleacetic acid during the earing stage can effectively promote the formation of primordia and the differentiation of fruiting bodies, thereby increasing yield.


Application of Plant Growth Regulators on Flammulina velutipes

(1) Spraying 0.5mg/L triacontanol during the flower bud formation period of Flammulina velutipes can increase the yield of Flammulina velutipes and promote the early emergence of Flammulina velutipes.

(2) After harvesting the golden needle mushroom, spraying a mixture of 0.5mg/L triacontanol and 10mg/L gibberellin or 500mg/L ethephon solution during the budding, blooming, and elongation stages can promote the early emergence of golden needle mushroom.

Application of Plant Growth Regulators on Mushrooms

(1) Spraying 0.5mg/L of triacontanol solution twice during the budding and young stages of shiitake mushrooms can significantly increase the yield of shiitake mushrooms.

(2) Soaking shiitake mushroom sawdust culture blocks or rods with a concentration of 5mg/L of naphthylacetic acid or indoleacetic acid or 1-1.5mg/L of gibberellin can promote the growth and yield increase of shiitake mushroom mycelium.
